We always strive to provide you with the highest quality and satisfaction with our luxury wooden furniture. Your satisfaction with your purchase is of the utmost importance to us and we do our best to ensure smooth and hassle-free returns in accordance with our policies.

 Below we will provide answers to all the exciting questions regarding the return of goods, for example: how to return money for an order? how to return or exchange the product? how to cancel an order?

Our company carries out the exchange and return of furniture in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine , in particular the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 12.15.1993 with the following additions, the Rules for the sale of goods.

Possibility to return the furniture within 14 days: we are also happy to inform you that you have the possibility to return the furniture within 14 days from the moment of receipt, if it does not meet your expectations or is defective. In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine "On the protection of consumer rights" dated 15.12.1993 with the following additions, you have the right to return goods that do not suit you.

WARNING! Furniture made according to the individual dimensions specified by the Customer is included in the "List of good quality goods that are not subject to exchange (return)" (Appendix No. 3 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172). In this case, you can return the upholstered furniture to the manufacturer, but the payment for it will not be refunded.

The procedure for considering applications for warranty and non-warranty service:

All requests for warranty and non-warranty service, as well as questions about the quality of MIRT HOME products, are accepted from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.:

If you have complaints , you must send a photo of the furniture product, a photo of the product passport, a photo of the damaged item, and your order number to the email address info@mirt-home.com .

Within 3-5 working days, your application will be considered, and a specialist from the MIRT HOME Warranty Service Department will contact you to resolve the issue.

Pay attention! The deadline for processing a complaint is 14 days, in some cases a month or more is set, which we will definitely inform you about, while the total time for resolving the issue will not exceed 45 days.

Return-exchange of furniture:

·         Only new goods that have not been used and have no signs of use: scratches, chips, abrasions, or other damages are subject to exchange or return.

·         The product has not been assembled or assembled, and its product appearance has been preserved.

·         Product packaging and all its components are kept intact.

·         Product packaging, labels, instructions and factory markings are preserved.

·         Presented sales receipt or invoice confirming the fact of purchase of goods in our store. The cost of transport services for the return of goods is equal to the cost of delivery and is paid by the buyer.

Cancellation of order payment. Under what conditions can the buyer cancel his order?

The buyer is given the opportunity to cancel his order independently through his personal account, if the status of the order is "New" or "Paid". But, if our manager has already started processing the order (changed it to another status), then to cancel, agree to return or exchange the product, or refund the order, you should contact our sales manager directly at the contact phone number. Steps to return the product:

1. Before returning the product, contact our support service using the contacts listed on our website. Our specialists are ready to provide you with all the necessary information and indicate the details of the return procedure.

2. In order to return the product, please make sure that it is in excellent condition and packed according to our requirements.

3. Our specialists will provide you with the necessary instructions for processing the return. Please follow them to avoid delays in the return processing process.

4. After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to make sure it is in good condition. Upon successful verification, we will begin the return processing process.

5. Depending on the payment method you have chosen, we will issue a refund to your account as soon as possible after confirming the refund procedure.

 

Refund of order payment:

Immediately after the refund to the buyer, the payment status of the order changes to "Refund Completed". You will also receive a notification by e- mail and sms / viber about the execution of the refund.

 

Importantly! Automatic refund occurs only if the order is canceled by our manager. Also, an automatic refund occurs when the buyer refuses to receive it at the logistician's office and the parcel is returned to the sender. The full amount of payment for the order will be returned to the buyer within three to five working days in accordance with the conditions of the banks.

Importantly! The buyer can track the receipt of money in online banking or by sending a request for a transaction statement to the bank making the payment.

If the buyer was charged a commission by the bank when paying for the order, it will be returned to the buyer only if the money is returned on the day the order is paid for. If the return is made the next day or later, the bank does not return the fee.

In some cases (when the seller receives funds on a monthly basis), the process of returning funds to the buyer may take longer.
